Web Design 12/1211 Monday

Today I complete the content and tested the sight. I later on in day showed my client whom gave me feed back on the completed web site which I then include in my web design evaluation, that I also completed. I managed to complete the whole unit to the deadline.

Web Design 08/12/11 Thursday

Today I worked on the style of my web pages, hyper-linked all my pages together. With the aid of my teacher I was able to resolve the issue with the slide show and instead did the text slide show in Photoshop added it into Dreamweaver as an image. I completed the page layout on each page and even worked on the background colours. I'm basically finished and now only have the content/information to add and to do the evaluation.

Web Design 07/11/11 Wednesday

With the aid of my teacher the code mix up between the two slide shows was sorted however, on the text slide show an element not wanted kept appearing, unfortunately this was not resolved and instead I went onto creating my page links for my web design. I now need to finish the design template for the other pages and add content, link them all and then tidy up certain elements and styles of my web design. Once this is all done I’ll be finished and able to get my client feedback for Monday evening and type up my evaluation.

Web Design 05/11/11 Monday

I had to download my images which took a while due to be being in NIF format, I then had to use Photoshop to resize them and save them for web as Jpegs. I then inserted my slide show widget however, the coding confused its self and some how mixed itself with the text slide show I incorporated earlier in the web. Unfortunately due to the lesson coming to an end I was unable to resolve the issue.

Web Design Log 01/12/11 Thursday

Today I had complications, I managed to weak my slide show and finished working on my menu bar, however that took up most of the dedicated time, however my menu bar is now finally complete. I now have to add my final touches such as the slide show of images.

Web Design Log 28/11/11 Monday

This lesson I managed to get the table sorted and text and slide show sorted. I’m almost done on the homepage, and only have certain tweaks and the menu bar to work on. I believe by the next lesson I would have created my other pages and be adding content. Which isn’t too hard to do.
